Log-in

I can't log in with the access data obtained.

Enter your e-mail address as username and copy your password carefully from the received e-mail, making sure not to copy the space after the password.

(Advice: use keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste the password.)

You can request a new password in the login window using the link "Forgot your password?”. In such case you will receive an e-mail with new user data.

How can I change my username?

Your username is your e-mail address. To change it you should contact the administrator responsible for the register where your membership data are kept (chambers, etc.).

Download and view of a normative document

I have successfully downloaded a document but can’t view it.

Check the system and technical requirements described in User Manual v1.0, Chapter 6 (available in Croatian only).

Install the required Adobe Acrobat Reader and FileOpen plug-in components.

Depending on the level of user rights, you may need to ask your system administrator to do it.

A downloaded normative document cannot be viewed directly in the Internet browser.

After download, remember the path to the downloaded document, run Adobe Acrobat Reader and upload the document.
